No more missed xp because your event buff ran out and you forgot to reapply it!

Reminds you to reapply the buff, or automatically reapplies it for you if possible.
Limitations
There's no way that I know of to detect which event is currently active. So you must manually select the currently active event. If you want to stop the notification/autobuffing when the event ends, you will need to manually disable the addon or disable autobuff and notifications in the settings. When a new event starts, you will need to manually turn it back on.
By default it does not automatically apply the buff. To turn it on, go this addon's setting menu and set the appropriate setting to true.
If you know the ability/buff id for other event buffs please let me know so I can add them.

Currently supported events:
Jester's festival - supports auto application
Jubilee - does not support auto application, because you must manually eat the cake.
