Keeping up a near perfect uptime on a heal over time in 4man content critical to high buff uptimes (ie: Major Courage (SPC), Symphony of Blades, Enlivening Overflow (CP), Minor Toughness (Warden), and other healing based buffs).
Echoing Vigor is one of the best 4man HOTs due to the high mobility in much of 4man content. However if someone was just out of range they might not acquire the HOT. This addon will help identify this situation.
