In the same vein as RoaringOpportunist, Stone-Talker, Olorime, etc... Adds a simple timer to track proc times for the Dungeon Monster Helm set "Archdruid Devyric" (obtainable in Veteran Earthen Root Enclave) which debuffs enemies with Major Vulnerability.
Timer counts down to the next time any non-light attack will proc the set.
For restoration and lightning staves, it will proc on any tick of the channel.
For inferno and ice staves, it only procs on the completion of the full heavy attack hit.
Has a gear check so the timer will only show when wearing both pieces of the set.
