This is a plugin using the Advanced Filters extensible dropdown filter system. It adds Jewelry Crafting materials filters that can be accessed when Materials >> All is selected.
This add-on was originally intended only as a stopgap until integrated functionality (new subfilter button) was added to Advanced Filters. However, viewing all Jewelry Crafting items in a single location is useful enough that it'll probably stick around even after Advanced Filters is fully updated.
