Group Stealth gives you, only when you are stealthing, how many group members that are nearby are also in stealth. It also provides a center screen announcement whenever your group leader goes into stealth.
I found this to be particularly helpful when not everyone in your group is able to use voice chat, or when you're approaching your group from far away and need to realize that you need to stealth before approaching them.
